Community First provides a wide range of help and support so you can stay in your home longer, such as our Food Services, which include:
MEALS ON WHEELS
Meals are delivered to your door by volunteers Monday to Friday, with frozen meals available to meet your weekend needs.
We deliver to all suburbs within the Cities of Fremantle, East Fremantle, Melville, Cockburn, Kwinana and Rockingham.

DINE IN FACILITY
Community First’s dine-in facility is located at the Stock Road Senior Citizen’s Centre, 38A Waddell Road, Palmyra and offers affordable, lunchtime meals in a welcoming environment. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 11.30am to 12.30pm (Closed Public Holidays). If you would like to join us for lunch please call to book on

Frozen meals can also be purchased in our dining room.
OTHER FOOD SERVICES
If you are living on your own, shopping for and preparing your own food may be difficult. We can help with:
- Preparing, cooking and freezing of food in your home
- Advice about nutrition, menus and special diets
- Information about food handling and storage
- Assistance with bulk food shopping/sharing and storage
