A job means financial independence, but is more than that. It brings dignity, a place in the world and an opportunity to make a contribution. At Community First we will work with you to build your confidence and your skills to help you find employment that makes a positive difference to your life.
Our services are always focused on your needs, and our support is always designed around the individual. We call this approach ‘Person First Planning’ because we always start with you.
We’ve been helping people into employment for over 30 years, and we’re good at it.
We work with you to help identify your aspirations, abilities and strengths; and support you to explore various options in employment, volunteering, work experience or training that suit you. And to help you address any areas of concern you may have about getting a job or working.
We are experienced in helping people with disabilities and mental health issues find meaningful employment.
We operate specialised Disability Employment Services through the Fremantle, Cockburn, Kwinana, and Rockingham regions.
