CFI delivers the DES program A which is Disability Management Services, (DMS). These clients may well be referred after having workplace injuries or breakdowns which in turn prevent them from continuing in their current workplace. CFI can assist with both the employer and job seeker to improve the ergonomics of a clients work environment, we can assist in re-trading or re-skilling clients if their injuries mean that they can no longer undertake the work they were previously employed in. CFI can also act in a preventative measure to assist clients and employers if an individual’s job is in jeopardy due to an employee’s mental or physical condition. Working together with the clients and with understanding employers enables CFI to place job seekers back into work which is more suitable and will enable longer term stability for them.

CFI can also facilitate extra services for  employers such as:

  • Supported Wage Systems
  • Worksite assessments (by an Occupational Therapist)
  • Workplace Modifications
