Code of Conduct
Community First has a Code of Conduct which is reflected in, and supported by, a broad range of internal policies and practices. The Code of Conduct, as adopted by the Community First Board, is intended to help the Board, our employees and our volunteers to understand their responsibilities to uphold the Community First values of Leadership, Openness, Creativity, Knowledge, Empowerment, and Respect. It also details standards and expectations around conflicts of interest, disclosure and corruption, to ensure that the highest standards are maintained and that Community First’s reputation is enhanced.
