Joan Morton

Joan has been a long term CFI Employee who has dedicated her time and efforts in providing exceptional services to our clients, at times putting in long hours to achieve the required results for those most disadvantaged.

Tracey Lockett

Tracey has demonstrated outstanding business ethics via her ability to provide solutions to challenging issues and situations within her client group.  Tracey is proactive and supportive of her fellow staff within the work environment and her encouragement of personal wellbeing for the team. Her experience, knowledge and openness make her a highly respected member of the team. 

Saving Time / Money:

Janaya Ruffo

Janaya has been instrumental in increasing income without our Job Hub.  Year to date the site uptake for training has been in excess of $121,000.  This performance is a result of Janaya’s drive and dedication.

Innovation:

Narelle Roberts

Narelle has demonstrated a willingness to think outside the box.  Her innovative approach in sourcing solutions to enable clients to be more socially active in the community is a credit to Narelle and the organisation.

Southern Regional Community Leadership Forum 2010

On Thursday 16th September 2010 Ms Nola Drew, Manager PHAMS Albany, was announced the runner up in the Inspirational Leadership category at the Southern Regional Community Leadership Forum 2010.

Community Service Excellence Awards 2010

Winners of the 2010 Community Service Excellence Awards were announced on Thursday 13th May 2010 at the Perth Exhibition / Convention Centre.

CFI are proud to announce that the Personal Helpers and Mentors Program Mandurah are the winners of the Community Service Excellence Award – Category Organisations.

Rex Beach
Business Ethics: Rex Beach
Rex is a fantastic ambassador for Albany CFI. Rex has developed and implemented training specifically targeting industry requirements. He attends Business After Hours meetings, regularly meets with all major stakeholders including Skill Hire and Apprentices and Trainees Recruitment and Labour Hire Company and travels throughout the region searching for and creating opportunities for our Job Seekers.
Jennalee Davies
Saving Time / Money: Jennalee Davies
Commencing in February 2009 with no previous Job Network Experience Jennalee has been instrumental in increasing client participation and income generation within Employment Services Albany. Jennalee is a fantastic team member who continues to inspire us all.
Tanya Gartner
Innovation: Tanya Gartner
Tanya is a highly motivated staff member who was selected due to her initiative in developing and facilitating the PHAMS Women’s Group, monthly newsletters and organising a participant’s camp and funding submission application for the camp.
